Delete your account

Your account and related cloud data can be permanently deleted from the app or by email request.

From Android

Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings → Account / Online sync.
Select Permanently delete account and confirm the warning.

From the web

Sign in with the same Google Account used on Android.
Open Settings → Account.
Select Permanently delete account and cloud data and confirm.

Without access to the app

Email privacy@gdesumojepare.rs from the address connected to the account. Include only the account email. Do not send a password, sign-in code, card number or identity document unless we separately explain a justified need. We may confirm the request through the connected email address.

What is deleted

the Firebase user account we control;
expenses, income, transfers, budgets, balances and related details;
categories, cost places, transaction types and preferences;
cloud backup and synchronization metadata connected to the account;
access and promotion records to the extent we control them.

What may remain

Minimum records may be retained where required by law, security, abuse prevention or dispute resolution. Google Play may separately retain purchase records under its own rules and applicable law.

Subscription: deleting the account may not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately under Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Where's My Money? → Cancel subscription.

We process verified requests without unnecessary delay and within applicable legal deadlines.
